2. Account Registration

To use the Services, you must create an account ("Account"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

3. Payment

  • Pricing: Pricing for the Services is outlined on the DIYdigi Ads website and may be subject to change at any time.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor.

  • Billing Cycle: Your account will be billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can access and modify your billing information through your Account settings.

4. Campaign Management

  • Campaign Creation: You are responsible for creating and managing your Campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting audiences, and designing creatives.

  • Campaign Approval: DIYdigi Ads reserves the right to review and approve Campaigns before they go live. We may reject Campaigns that violate our Advertising Guidelines, which are available on our website.

  • Campaign Performance: You are responsible for tracking and analyzing your Campaign performance. We provide data and reporting tools to help you monitor your Campaigns.

5. Termination

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your Account at any time. However, you will be responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of cancellation.

  • Suspension: DIYdigi Ads reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account if you violate these Terms or our Advertising Guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: DIYdigi Ads owns all intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to the software, design, and content.

  • License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal or business purposes. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services.

7. Disclaimer

  • No Guarantees: DIYdigi Ads does not guarantee the performance of your Campaigns. You are solely responsible for the content and effectiveness of your Campaigns.

  • No Warranty: The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIYdigi Ads will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law
