- No Guarantees: DIYdigi Ads does not guarantee the performance of your Campaigns. You are solely responsible for the content and effectiveness of your Campaigns.
- No Warranty: The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIYdigi Ads will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from:
